By using Budgetify: Money Manager, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain language, not legalese.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Budgetify: Money Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App and the web app, whether or not you have bought Web Sync. They form a legally binding agreement between you and MrVampCruz | Altaaf Hamod("we", "us", "our").
📱 These Terms apply to Budgetify: Money Manager on Android and to the web app at budgetify.mrvampcruz.com/app. iOS terms may follow separately when the App is published on the App Store.
Description of Service
Budgetify: Money Manager is a personal finance management application that allows you to track income, expenses, and money transfers across wallets, manage recurring transactions, and monitor your net worth. It operates offline and locally on your device by default, and, with the optional Web Sync purchase, syncs to an end-to-end encrypted account you can also use in the web app at budgetify.mrvampcruz.com/app.
Every feature is free with no ads: unlimited wallets, categories, labels and recurring transactions; debts, category budgets and saving goals; charts and report export; local and Google Drive encrypted backups with scheduling; 150+ currencies with up to 2 live exchange-rate refreshes per month; themes and app lock.
The only paid feature. It syncs your data between the App and an end-to-end encrypted online account so you can use the same finances in the web app. See Section 04.
A browser version of Budgetify that uses the same encrypted account. It is free while it is in transition; fees may be introduced later (Section 04).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
User Accounts
The App does not require account registration. It uses Google Sign-In optionally for the following purposes only:
- Enabling Google Drive encrypted backup and restore
- Linking a Web Sync purchase to your Google account via RevenueCat, so it can be restored
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Google account.
Separately and optionally, you may create a Budgetify Web Sync account (email and password) to sync your data between your phone and the web app, or to use the web app on its own. This account is independent of Google Sign-In. By creating one you confirm you are able to enter into these Terms and that the email you provide is yours.
Web Sync encrypts your data with a key derived from your password, and we never receive that key. If you lose both your password and the recovery key shown when you registered, your synced data cannot be recovered by you or by us. You accept this as a condition of the encryption design.
A Web Sync account whose email address is never confirmed is deleted automatically after 7 days, along with any data synced to it.
You may be signed in on one phone and one browser at a time. Signing in on a new device of the same type ends the previous session on that type.
⚠️ If you reset the App or uninstall it without an active backup (local or Google Drive) and without Web Sync enabled, your data will be permanently lost. We cannot recover local data.
Pricing & Purchases
The Android App is free to download and use. It has no ads, no subscription, and no feature limits.

Web Sync is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that lets the App sync your data to an end-to-end encrypted online account you can use in the web app. It does not renew and is not a subscription. It is tied to the Google Play account that bought it and can be restored on another device through Settings → Restore Purchases. A promotional code redeemed on Google Play can also unlock it.
The web app at budgetify.mrvampcruz.com/app is currently free to use while it is in transition. We may introduce paid plans or fees for the web app, or for some of its features, in the future — nothing is decided yet. If we do, we will update these Terms and this page before any fee applies, and no charge will be taken without your explicit purchase.
All payments are processed by Google Play. We never handle or store your payment information directly. Prices are shown in USD here and may vary by region based on Google Play's local pricing.
Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
- Google Play allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase for most apps
- For refund requests outside this window, contact us directly and we will review case by case
- Web Sync is a one-time purchase and is generally non-refundable after 48 hours
- Deleting your Web Sync account does not refund the purchase — request refunds through Google Play
To request a refund, go to Google Play Order History or contact us at the email below.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Budgetify: Money Manager only for lawful personal finance management purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use the App to conduct any fraudulent or illegal financial activity
- Attempt to circumvent purchase checks, use Web Sync without buying it, or bypass the exchange-rate refresh limit
- Attempt to decrypt or tamper with backup files created by the App
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Submit spam, automated, abusive, unlawful, or impersonating content through our website contact form
🚫 Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the App without refund.
Data & Backups
Budgetify: Money Manager stores your financial data locally on your device. If you turn on Web Sync, an end-to-end encrypted copy is also stored on our servers; we cannot read it.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- Local and Google Drive encrypted backups, automatic scheduling, and backup history are free for everyone
- Web Sync is not a backup substitute — deleting data on one device deletes it everywhere it syncs
- All backup files are AES-256 encrypted — only Budgetify: Money Manager can decrypt them
- We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app uninstall, or OS updates
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data with no recovery option
When you submit our website contact form, you agree that we may receive and process the data you provide (name, email, optional subject, message) along with technical metadata about your browser, device, network, fingerprints, request headers, IP address, and edge/CDN geo signals for the purpose of replying to your inquiry, debugging issues you report, and preventing abuse. You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or spam content through the form, and not to impersonate another person. Full details are in our Privacy Policy (Section 02).
Our marketing website loads session analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Yandex Metrika) and Google Ads measurement only if you accept analytics cookies, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can change that choice at any time from the footer.

Disclaimers
Budgetify: Money Manager is a personal finance tracking tool — it is not a financial advisory service, bank, or regulated financial institution.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Exchange rates in the App are either entered by you or fetched from a third-party provider when you refresh them (up to 2 times per month). They are for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on them for actual currency conversions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. For the website, API, and related online services, you can check live availability on our system status page.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MrVampCruz | Altaaf Hamod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Loss of data or inability to access your financial records
- Errors or inaccuracies in calculations, charts, or exchange rates
- Any financial decisions made based on information in the App
- Interruption or discontinuation of the App or any features
- Unauthorised access to your device or Google account
- Failure to maintain adequate backups of your data
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App or the web app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Budgetify: Money Manager at any time by uninstalling the App. To permanently delete a Web Sync account created in the app or on the web, use the account deletion page.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App
- Your Web Sync account and its encrypted data may be deleted from our servers
- Google Drive backups remain in your Drive until you manually delete them
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify users through an in-app notice where appropriate
Your continued use of Budgetify: Money Manager after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
